T-systems Staff Engagement

T-Systems won an outsourcing deal to supply hosting and storage services to a major oil and gas organisation. This involved on-boarding 1000 employees in four global locations and as a result T-Systems were on a tight deadline to start their employee engagement through this major change programme. Four communications consultants were assigned to this project to develop and deliver the engagement strategy. Some of their responsibilities included the organisation of global events for transferring staff in Malaysia, USA, UK and The Netherlands; the creation of a dedicated account intranet; the design of orientation and on-boarding collateral; and the creation of a regular newsletter.
