Communications Consultant


We have a unique opportunity – we're an award-winning consultancy with a 25-year track record in delivering fantastic solutions for our FTSE 500 clients.

We are looking for a mid-senior level candidate with strong experience in Internal Communications, with a particular understanding of executive communications and strong presentation skills.

We've recently been accepted to join ELITE – an initiative from the London Stock Exchange, aimed at supporting companies such as ours to diversify and grow.

You must be able to quickly execute on a comms strategy and be comfortable working with the c-suite. A self-starter that needs limited guidance and can create killer presentations.

Oil & Gas industry experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities are varied and include:

  • Developing, recommending and delivering internal communications and change strategies
  • Working directly with Senior Management to understand and deliver communications needs
  • Working with cross-functional teams to execute change and communications strategies and activities
  • Creating and delivering impactful communications using channels such as presentations, websites, videos, events, newsletters, social media, SharePoint, surveys and conferences.
  • Defining and measuring success metrics

Ideally, you will have:

  • Solid experience of effective internal communications and employee engagement campaigns
  • The ability to advise and work with people at C-level
  • Strong knowledge of communications and awareness of change models
  • IT roll-out experience and a good working knowledge of new media technologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong client handling and creative thinking skills, including the ability to work confidently across multiple projects, accounts and clients
  • A relevant degree level qualification s
  • An approachable personality with an exceptional work ethic
