For each new car launch in Europe, a major German car manufacturer produces a suite of information, education and training solutions to meet the learning needs of its dealers. The established process leading up to the launch of a new vehicle has four stages, the third of which is an e-learning module.
This learning format provides dealers with an interactive tool to explore the features and competitive benefits of the vehicle enabling them to ‘feel’ the product prior to their first hands-on experience.
The e-learning is intended to provide sales employees with the knowledge and skills to be able to sell the features and benefits of the vehicle with confidence. It’s also used as a reference source throughout the model’s lifespan. The Fifth Business, led by the company’s brand guidelines, created an interactive and engaging e-learning tutorial that utilised a strong visual presence incorporating film, 3D and Flash to complement the look and feel of existing materials.
